Spirits Lab Distilling Company is the Hudson Valley’s newest craft distillery and is located just steps from the Hudson River waterfront in Newburgh, New York. Nestled in the city’s historic district, Spirits Lab is directly across from General Washington’s headquarters during the Revolutionary War, a national historic site.

Inspired by local bounty, and using production methods that combine tradition with innovation, Spirits Lab uses NY grown grains and botanicals to produce a line of small-batch craft spirits and premium bottled cocktails. As an homage to the area’s rich with history and lore, many of our spirits are named after iconic New York places.

In addition to our own locally made spirits, we have partnered with like-minded craftsmen from around the world to import and bring their expertly crafted spirits to you. The first of these spirits is an artisanal cachaça from Brazil that is made by a fifth generation distiller using techiniques that have been passed down for generations.
