our STORY

Spirits Lab Distilling Company is a Hudson Valley craft distillery located on a 32-acre farm in Highland Mills, NY.

Inspired by local bounty, and using production methods that combine tradition with innovation, Spirits Lab uses NY grown grains and botanicals to produce a line of small-batch craft spirits and premium bottled cocktails. As an homage to the area’s rich with history and lore, many of our spirits are named after iconic New York places.

In addition to our own locally made spirits, we have partnered with like-minded craftsmen from around the world to import and bring their expertly crafted spirits to you. The first of these spirits is an artisanal cachaça from Brazil that is made by a fifth generation distiller using techiniques that have been passed down for generations.
