Bull’s Head is a small-batch wheated bourbon that is both exceptionally smooth and has a unique depth of character. Named after the landmark Bull’s Head Tavern, where Washington took his troops to toast their final victory before marching into Manhattan, this bourbon is a celebration of independence of spirit.
Bull’s Head Bourbon is distilled in the Hudson Valley from 100% NY ingredients and then aged for 5 Years in 53 gallon Independent Stave Company Cooper’s Select Oak Barrels.
Mash Bill: 70% Corn, 20% Wheat, 5% Malted Barley

Taking it’s name from the orignal moniker for the mighty Hudson, North River Rye is a traditionally made whiskey that harkens back to a time in New York when rye reigned supreme.
North River Rye is distilled in the Hudson Valley from 100% NY ingredients and then aged for 5 years in 53 gallon Independent Stave Company Cooper’s Select Oak Barrels.

EAST END GIN
A classic London Dry-style gin that gets is name from the location of our distillery, in Newburgh’s historic East End. This vibrant and complex gin is made from 16 botanicals, from the Hudson Valley and Europe including Juniper, Fresh Citrus Peels, Cascara, Galangal, Elderberry & Rose Hips.
SPIRITS LAB VODKA
Spirits Lab Vodka is 7x distilled and triple-filtered and proofed down with the purest reverse osmosis water, which results is an extremely smooth and clean spirit. Made from corn and certified gluten free.
This vodka is excellent on the rocks, in a martini or mixed in a cocktail.
