APolloNIA 2025 Limited Release Rye

The 2025 Apollonia Limited Release reveals a tale of two barrels and the journey of our six year Hudson Valley Rye Whiskey. After being aged on land for five years, this rye was added to French Oak barrels, originally from France and used to age apricot brandy. These barrels were loaded aboard the Schooner Apollonia where they sailed the Hudson River for one year, imparting a unique finish with warm notes of baked apricot, vanilla and spice.
